Pam at Silver Star helped us book our vacation for our son and his friends. All in all there were 8 separate reservations and 4 rooms. Doing it myself on the internet vs. going through Silver Star was the same, but with the added benefit of I actually have a live, local person helping. At least give them a call next time you are booking a trip. You can always compare the price difference. In my case, there was none, only added convenience.
My wife and I went on our Honeymoon in Playa Del Carmen and we didn’t want to book online and end up hating our hotel. So we met with the ladies at Silver Star and all three endured about two hours of questions while we struggled to pick the place. Dawn at Silver Star travel has been an amazing travel agent for several years now. She covers every single detail. My husband is disabled and has many health conditions and she goes out of her way to make sure that we can have a comfortable and enjoyable worry free vacation everytime. Cruise or Land.
